Ingredients

  • 2Onion
  • 1 inchGinger
  • 3-4Garlic cloves
  • 200 gmChicken
  • 2Capsicum
  • To tasteSpices

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add sauted gibger and garloc paste

  2. 2

    Add capsicum and after that add onions

  3. 3

    Then add fried deep fried chicken

  4. 4

    Add ajinomoto,vinegar and soy sauce

  5. 5

    Then add salt to taste

  6. 6

    Cook for 8 to 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Serve it hot.
