Clean your veggies thoroughly and save it. Chop your onion and tomato in small cubes and squeeze your lemon to extract the juice

In a pan fry your onion for 5 minutes or until is gold. Add tomato and let it fry until is homogeneous

Gradually, add sweet potato leaves and let it fry for 6 minutes

Serve with pap. It’s super delicious accompanied with fried or grilled fish😋
