Sabse pehle till ko gas mein halka brown kar le

Aab ek bartan mein besan, chawal ka aata, haldi, namak, garam masala, green coriander, Ginger garlic paste, baking soda, green chilli, kuti hui Peanuts or oil ko mix kar le or pakode jaisa ghol teyar kar le.

Aab kisi kisi bartan mein halka sa oil laga kar yeh besan wala ghol usme dale.

Or pressure cooker mein kya jo bartan aapke pass ho usme ise rakh ke bhap mein cook karein.

10-15 min baad check karein ki wo paka ya nahi ager pak gaya hai to thanda kar ke uske pes. Karein.

Aab in pes. Ko oil mein fry karein.

Ise garam garam hi serve karein tabhi kurkuri or tasty lagegi.
