Steps

Wash all the vegetables very well and slice.

Boil the stock fish and cow meat with onion,salt, for 25minutes.blend the fresh pepper and crayfish.

Bleach the red oil,sloce onion and pour in the pour in the water leaves and stir.allow it to fry till the water reduce very well.

Add the stock fish and cow meat(no stock),also the blended crayfish and fresh pepper stir and boil for 10minutes.

Add the stock cubes,salt and stir after 5minutes add the uziza leaves.

Stor and boil for 3minutes then add the vegetable(ugu)stir very well and bring down from the heat.
