Rajathani papad ki sabji (onion, tomato curry)

Fry the papads in oil.

In a kadai heat, oil add mustard, jeera, pinch hing and few curry leaves.

Add onion and tomato, green chilli saute well for 5 mins.

Add ginger- garlic paste and saute well.

Add turmeric,red chilli powder and coriander powder,salt
saute on low flame. - 6
Add 1 cup water and curd.

Stir continuously on low flame till the curd combines well.

Add fry papad roughly into curry. mix well.

Simmer for 2 minutes or more.

Add garam masala, kasuri methi and 2 tbsp coriander. mix well
