Baked Chicken Thighs with Herbs
This is a traditional and delicious recipe to share with family during Christmas, New Year, or any other celebration. It's economical, very quick, and easy to prepare, allowing us to impress without spending too much time in the kitchen and still have time for other activities like looking fabulous at dinner!

This is a traditional and delicious recipe to share with family during Christmas, New Year, or any other celebration. It's economical, very quick, and easy to prepare, allowing us to impress without spending too much time in the kitchen and still have time for other activities like looking fabulous at dinner!

First, prepare the mixture to later coat the chicken thighs. Finely chop the chosen herbs and garlic cloves. Dissolve the bouillon cube in 1/4 cup of water and add it to a large bowl along with the chopped herbs. Mix and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Rinse the chicken thighs first with water and then with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste and coat them in the herb mixture, ensuring each piece is well covered. Place them in a baking dish that is not too shallow, as more water will be added.

Once the thighs are arranged in the dish, pour the 2 cups of water around the sides of the dish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.

After the time has passed, turn off the oven. Using gloves to avoid burns, remove the dish from the oven and place it on a trivet. You can use another plate to serve at the table or leave them in the dish.

Serve the thighs hot to your guests, drizzled with a bit of the cooking juice. Accompany with bread and your preferred side dish. They will be very pleased... Enjoy!
