Ingredients

  • 2 cansgarbanzo beans
  • 1 canblack beans
  • 1 cupshredded carrots
  • 2/3 cuponion
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 1 1/2 cupcooked white rice or brown rice
  • to tasteGarlic salt
  • to tastePepper
  • to tasteMcCormick's burger seasoning
  • Olive oil to cook burgers
  • Wheat buns
  • as desiredToppings: Mayo, mustard, lettuce, avocado, cheese etc.
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupItalian bread crumbs
  • to tasteRed rooster hot sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Start by cooking your rice when done set aside let cool slightly

  2. 2

    Rinse and drain can beans well. Chop onion slightly, add beans garlic,onion to cusineart blend well. Add mixture to a large bowl add in the rest of your ingredients, eggs, breadcrumbs, rice, carrots and seasonings combine well. Now you can form your burgers.

  3. 3

    Heat a large skillet on medium heat with olive oil now add in burgers cook till golden on each side too with your favorite cheese and toppings enjoy!
