Ingredients

1/2cauliflower
1 bowlgram flour
1/2 tspcarom seeds
1/2 tspturmeric powder
2 tbspgreen coriander
1green chilli
1/2 tspred chilli powder
To tastesalt
Oil for frying

Steps

1

Wash and cauliflower into pieces.
2

Add gram flour and all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Add enough water and make a batter.
4

Heat oil in a wok.
5

Dip cut cauliflower in batter, and put in heat oil and deep fried till golden in colour.
6

Serve with your favorite chutney /sauce.
