  • 100 gramsbutter,softened
  • 200 gramsflour
  • 1egg
  • 100 gramssugar
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 150 gramscranberries
  • 100 gramswhite chocolate chips
  • handfulwalnuts

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix together flour and baking powder.

    With an electric mixer beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and continue to mix for about 2 minutes.

    Gently add flour mixture to batter. Stir in cranberries, chocolate chips and walnuts.

    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookies sheets.

    Bake at 180°C\350°F for 8-10 minutes.
