Hariyali pulav
Steps

First boil water and add 1 cup rice, some oil, Salt, 2 cloves, 1 cinnamon and 1 elaichi and cook well. When rice cook well then drain excess water and keep aside to cool.

Take coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, raw mango, chilli and salt. Now grind them well in grinder to make spicy green chutney.

Take frying pan and heat some oil and add jeera, rai and kadhi patta and chopped mix vegetables(peas, carrot, onion, capsicum, Sweet corn) and fry them for 10 minutes. Now add half green chutney and mix well and add boiled rice and salt, cook them for more 5 minutes.

Take it out in a plate and spread green chutney on it.

Hariyali pulav ready. Garnish with mint and kairi.
