Ingredients

  • 2 cupsboiled rice
  • 2 pcsraw mango grated
  • 1/2 chopped garlic
  • 1onion chopped
  • to taste salt
  • Pinchkasuri methi
  • Pinchasfoteda
  • 1/4 tspred chilli
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • Pinchgaram masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 5 fried cashews
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil.

  2. 2

    Add chop garlic and cumin seeds saute add sliced onion it's change in colour.

    Now add grated raw mango saute in 2 minutes.

    Now add all dry masala and boiled rice mix well.

    Covered the rice in 2 minutes.
