9 Smartpoints on Weight Watchers for the Burritos with flour tortillas.
My husband likes these better as burritos, and recommends substituting the lettuce with flour tortillas.

Ingredients

4 servings

1 lblean ground pork
1/2sweet onion, diced
1/2 cupasian stir-fry sauce
4 tspfresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tspred pepper flakes
3 cupsbroccoli slaw (or coleslaw mix)
1 headbibb or boston lettuce - for lettuce wraps
1 packageflour tortillas - for burritos

Steps

Brown pork in skillet until no longer pink, drain. Add onion, stir fry until translucent.

Add stir-fry sauce, parsley, and red pepper, cook for 1 minute.

Add Broccoli slaw, cook for about 2 minutes or until tender.

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more.
