Soaked the basmoti rice atlist 5-6 hours. Boiled the rice drain exces water and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan add whole spices satue till fragrent. Add beans and satue. Add capsicum and green peas and satue. Add cashew nuts and raisin and fried properly.

Add boiled rice and mix. Add ghee, salt,sugar & black pepper and mix it well.

Garnishing with cashew nuts and serve hot.
