#kebab&fritters.  Chicken Cheese kabab is the newest and innovative recipe. The unique thing about these kabab, which differentiates it from all the other kababs is that it is soft and creamy on the inside while the outer layer is flavourfull with chicken and spices.These ingredients makes this recipe a must-prepare for any special occasion. 
Whatever it's form may be upon being cooked, it's flavour may change but it's flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients

35-40 minutes
4 servings
  1. 500 gramChicken mince
  2. 20grm(10 slices)0 Cheese slice
  3. 2 teaspoonGingerGarlicpaste
  4. 1 tablespoonCoriander leaves
  5. 1 tablespoonMint leaves
  6. 4Green chillies
  7. 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  8. 1 teaspoonCumin powder
  9. 1 teaspoonChat masala
  10. 1/2 teaspoonPepper powder
  11. 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  12. 1 teaspoonMayonnaise
  13. 1 teaspoonThick fresh cream
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 2 tablespoonBread crumbs
  16. 1Egg
  17. as neededOil and butter

Steps

35-40 minutes
  1. 1

    1. Grind green chillies,coriander leaves and mint leaves into a coarse paste.

    2. Chicken mince (wash and pat dry chicken breast piece and pulse 2-3 times in mixie)add salt, garam masala, pepper powder, gingergarlic paste, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, coriander+mint+green chilli paste, mayonnaise,fresh cream and mix well.

    3. Add 2 tbsp of bread crumbs and mix to make it like a dough.keep in fridge for 15 mins.

    4.Take a orange size ball of mince. Apply oil on a plastic cover and keep the mince and place another plastic cover on the mince and roll with a rolling pin.. take out the upper plastic and place the cheese slice in the middle leaving spaces in the four sides.

    5.With the help of the plastic roll the chicken base like a spring roll.. cover the edges and the end part proper so that the cheese doesn't ooze out while cooking.

    6.Prepare all the kababs and again keep on fridge for 15 mins(here at this stage u can store this in fridge for later use)

    7.Take the chicken kebab and dip in egg and shallow fry in a pan/grill (here i shallow fried it in 1 tbsp oi land butter)

    8.Your tasty kebabs are ready.cut it into half so that the layer makes it look more attractive serve with mint chutney and fruit salsa

    9.Here i took kiwi, pineapple, corn, pomegranate, tomato,lemon juice,blacksalt,pinch sugar,pepper,roasted cumin, olive oil,mix well and serve
