Mashed thee boiled potato and boiled peas than mix the salt, breadcrumbs and all ingredients.

Mix it and combine well like a dough

Grated the paneer and cut the kaju in the pieces.

Now in a bowl add paneer, kaju and kishmish, mix well and make paneer mixture.

Devided peas mixer into equal parts.

Fill the paneer mixer in between the peas mixture and give tikki shape.

In a pan and or kadai, heat oil and deep fry all the kababs medium to low flame.

Deep Fry/shallow fry till golden brown in colour and crispy.

Serve these lajij paneer stuff matar veg Kebabs with souce, green mint chataany and meethi chatany.

Tips :
You can use onion and garlic also.
