Badam and kesar sharbat
To beat hot we are here to serve you a healthy and cool refreshing drink.
Steps
- 1
Take soaked and peeled almonds and grind them to make a paste in a mixer grinder. You can add 2 to 3 spoons of water to make it easy for grinding.
- 2
Take a pan and heat it, then add water, sugar, almond paste, saffron, elaichi powder and heat it to boil.
- 3
Now off your gas and sieve it. Don't throw the mixture left after you sieve your sharbat. Again grind it to make a smooth paste.
- 4
Now add this paste to already sieved sharbat directly and boil it again.
- 5
Let it cool for one hour or so and fill in a clean dry bottle.
- 6
You can use it with water and with milk too.
- 7
There is no preservatives in our sharbat so keep it under refrigeration.
- 8
Our heat beating sharbat it ready with energy of kesar and badam.
