A yummy & delicious Indian vegetarian snack made with green leafy veggies, paneer, potatoes and bread .Try once this little different crispy and crunchy rolls

Cut the sides of bread and first wash then blanch and make puree of green leaves of your choice as palak bathua dhania..i used bathua and dhania /green Coriander leaves with ginger greenchillies and salt..it was approx 1 bowl

Then spread the puree on each piece of bread and put the pieces on one another
Keep this block aside for 10 to 15 mins.

Mash all the pureed pieces of bread with hands then add all the above mentioned other ingredients and make a dough

Then cut paneer in the lengthwise pieces sprinkle chaat masala over all the pieces the
take small portion of the dough flat it little on your palm and place one piece of paneer in the middle - 5
Cover and close it from all sides give it a roll shape and make all rolls like this
Prepare all rolls then keep them in fridge for 20 an hour - 6
Heat oil and fry all on medium flame till brown

Cut them half serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney
