Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgRefined flour
  • 1 cupYogurt
  • 1 tbspMelted.Butter for softness(Moen)
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 /4 tspSalt
  • Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take Refined flour add salt & sugar mix it.Add melted butter mix of a min then add yogurt mix well and Knead it for making smooth dough add water if required.cover the dough from muslin wet cloth&leave it for atle 2hrs.

    At the making of nan Knead dough o CE again.divide the dough in 10_12 equal part round it and leave it for another 10 min.

  3. 3

    Heat the tawa,roll the balls in oval shape,, greased with water and put some onion seeds & chopped corriender leaves,when u put nan on tawa greased the bottom side of nan with water,after few sec see the bubbling in nan take tawa put on flame directly.at that time nan separate from tawa.And u see lovely golden colour of nan.serve hot with butter.
