Sabudana soked over night

. Remove all the water from the soaked sabudana.

Now take oil in a pan, heat it and then fry the potatoes in it until crispy. Keep the potatoes aside.

Now fry the peanuts in it and and keep it aside.

Put onion in the oil fry it until soft, immediately put tomato in it fry it too. Put sabudana, potatoes and peanuts in the oil and fry..

Add salt in it. Rost the khichdi and some time and gass off

Now sabudana khichdi is ready. And now serve hot..
