Grate the ghobhi boil potatoes add salt,green chilli, potato, suji, besan and saunf,whole coriander and make dough.

Add all things and make dough like this. Grate ghobhi boil potatoes and mash them add all the ingredients. Take rest 2 min.

Now our secret step take imli chutney and dip the cutlet and put on bread Crumbs

Cutlets are ready for fry.fry till they are golden. Serve with tomato and chilli sauce. If u don't want more oil fry in a fry pan.
