Ingredients

  • 100 gmspumpkin boiled
  • 1 cupBread crumbs
  • 2onions finely chopped
  • 2green chillis finely chopped
  • 6-7curry leaves
  • 4mint leaves finely chopped
  • Salt as taste
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspOregano
  • 50 gmsMozerrella cheese cut in cubes
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Fir take a pan put 2 spoons oil and add curry leaves and mint leaves after few seconds add onions and green chillis and saute it for five minutes then add salt turmeric powder black pepper and oregano and mix it

    After that keep it a side to cool

  3. 3

    Then take a bowl mash boiled pumpkin and add above curry leaves onion mixture in it and also add flour and 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  4. 4

    Mix it properly now take a pan and put oil for deep frying fritters

  5. 5

    Now rub ur hands with oil and take 2 spoons of fritters mixture in ur hand and make a ball after that make a hole in it and put a cube of mozerrella cheese in it and cover it again in any shape u want..

  6. 6

    Now roll it in bread crumbs and then fry it..make all fritters like this...

  7. 7

    Serve hot...
