First grind boneless chicken in grinder and make find paste, then grind mutton mince to make fine paste.

Now add all spices, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli, roasted gram flour, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, salt, egg.

Mix well and using oil on palm make round shaped of kebabs.

Heat oil on non stick tawa and shallow fry kebabs on law to medium flame until tenders. I had kept 6 to 7 kebabs at a time.
