Ingredients

  1. 250 gramBoneless chicken
  2. 250 gramMutton mince
  3. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  4. 1 tablespoonRosted crushed coriander
  5. 1 teaspoonRoasted cumin powder
  6. 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  7. 1 teaspoonred chilli flakes
  8. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  9. 3-4chopped green chilli
  10. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  11. 1finely chopped onion
  12. 2 tablespoonbesan or gram flour
  13. 1egg
  14. 1.5 teaspoonsalt
  15. 3-4 tablespoonOil for shallow fry

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    First grind boneless chicken in grinder and make find paste, then grind mutton mince to make fine paste.

    Now add all spices, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli, roasted gram flour, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, salt, egg.

    Mix well and using oil on palm make round shaped of kebabs.

    Heat oil on non stick tawa and shallow fry kebabs on law to medium flame until tenders. I had kept 6 to 7 kebabs at a time.
