Ingredients

2Boiled and mashed potato
100 gm Mashed paneer
1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
70 gmGrated Mawa or khoya
1 tsp Kasuri methi
1 tbspGreen chilli and ginger grated
1 tsp Chopped almond
1 tbspPomegranate seeds
1/2 tspGaram masala powder
1/2 tspGreen cardamom powder
1/2 tspMace powder
1/4 tspNutmeg powder
1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
1/2 tspCumin powder
Oil for frying

Take a bowl mix all ingredients

Now make a shaped balls.

Wet some wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Now wrapping it's around the wet skewers.
Heat oil in a pan

And put kebab on hot oil and fry them till golden brown.

Serve with green chutney and salads.
