Ingredients

  • 2 bunchesspinach
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 3 clovesshallots, thinly sliced
  • 1tomato, finely diced
  • 2bird eye chilies, cut (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat vegetable oil. Sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Add tomato and chili. Stir for a while.

  3. 3

    Add spinach, salt, and pepper. Bring it to boil. Remove from the heat.

  4. 4

    Serve with crab stick omelette and warm white rice! 😋
