Fry 1 cup of cashew nuts in butter and keep aside

Now for gravy: take 2 tomatoes and 2 onions cut them now in a pan add oil shahi jeera 2 tej patta and add onion and tomatoes cook them until becomes soft add few cashew nuts to it and grind to a smooth paste now in a other pan add butter in that.. add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder chilli powder and add the grind paste to it and cook until it leaves excess oil now add fried cashews to it and cook for 2 mins and it's ready. Serve with chapati or roti
