  • 1 kgGizzard
  • Salt
  • 1medium Yellow bell pepper
  • 1green Green pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoonCurry
  • 2Fresh red pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt
  • 1Onion
  • 2Knorr cubes

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the gizzard with onion,salt,knorr cubes and curry.Boil till is soft and chewable.

  2. 2

    Slice the plantain,Sprinkle salt on it.Heat up vegetable oil and fry for just 2minutes.Select out and pour in the gizzard and fry for 3minutes.

  3. 3

    Slice the green pepper,yellow bell pepper,fresh red pepper,onion and pour in.Stir and add salt and curry.
