METHOD. Add salt and 2tsp oil into the wheat flour mix it really well. Now add water and knead soft dough

. To prepare filling...combine sattu,onion,green chillies,salt,coriander leaves,and all spices and mustard oil sauté for a 2-3 mins

.Mix all the ingredients really well

. Place a spoonful of stuffing in the centre of the rolled out dough.Bring the edges together to form a smooth round ball

.Dust with dry flour and roll it out nice and round

.Place the parantha on a pan, gently drizzle oil on the parantha and the sides.let it cook evenly from both sides till nice golden brown

.serve hot with pickle and curd.
