Custard:
1) Pour milk, evaporated milk, sugar and custard powder in a pot and keep on flame
2) Let it boil keep on stirring to avoid lumps
3) When very thick remove from flame, add cream and whisk then cover it with cling filmJello:
1) Take a pot put water add sugar, agar agar powder and citric acid mix well and keep on boil, when it boils remove from flame add essence colour and a cup of chopped strawberries or raspberries.... - 2
How to set:
use a casserole or small dessert bowls....
1) 1st layer: put sponge cake, can make or use ready ones
2) 2nd layer: pour custard evenly
3) 3rd layer: slowly pour jello
4) Topping: Garnish with whip cream rosette
