Steps

Cut Brinjal lengthwise, do slits, deep fry it.

Little bit brownish colour & keep aside.

Mix all spices & salt. Then Fill this masala in slits of Brinjal.

Broad bottom pan.. some oil.. shallow fry the Brinjals.

Firstly Peel part downwards.. slow flame.. time to time flip flap Brinjals

Ready to get served/attacked
