Ingredients

  • 200 gramsSpinach
  • 40 gramsHam or Bacon
  • 2 piecesEggs
  • 50 gramsSliced Cheese
  • 2 tbspMayonnaise
  • 100 mlMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the Spinach and squeeze. Cut the spinach into bite-size lengths.

  2. 2

    Cut into the Ham in half lengthwise and slice into 1cm wide strips.

  3. 3

    Cut into the Sliced Cheese 1cm wide strips.

  4. 4

    Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them. Add to Cheese and Mayonnaise, mix them well. Add the Milk in tha bowl and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Add the Spinaches and Hams into the bowl and Combine them. Transfer it to a heat resistant bowl.

  6. 6

    Bake it in 180 degrees oven for 10 minuets, cover the bowl with hoil and bake for 10 minuets more.
