Ingredients

  • 1green mangoes
  • 4 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoonrock salt
  • 1 teaspoonamchur powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonjeera powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the mangoes in a pressure cooker with not much water such that there is no water left behind

  2. 2

    Now mash the boiled mangoes with hand and dissolve it in 4 glass of water

  3. 3

    Add sugar, salt,amchur, rock salt,jeera powder in it

  4. 4

    Your refreshing mango sharbat ready
