Take a big bowl and seive suji, add salt and baking soda now add curd and make batter, add water if needed

Rest for 15 mins

Now mash the boiled potatoes,

In a wok add oil, add mustard seeds till crackle, Add boiled potatoes

Now add all masalas and cook well, off the flame

Add green coriander and make small tikkies

Now grease idli stand and add eno in suji batter now pour some batter in cavities

Put aaloo tikki on batter and now pour more batter in cavities and make idlies

After 10 min open the idli cooker and remove all idlies

Serve with tomato sauce

Stuffed idlies are ready
