1 bowlOats
1onion chopped
2large tomatoes
4 tbspolive oil
3 tbsp.parsley
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp black pepper
to taste Salt
1 tbspTomato sauce
1.1/2 ltr water

Steps

1

Heat the olive oil in a large casserole over medium-low heat. Add tomatoes, onion, parsley, spices and warm water
Bring to a boil
Pour in the saucepan the oat flakes
cook on a low heat for 20 minutes
stirring occasionally.
Add water if it is needed
serve the oats soup into bowls
