To washed chicken add all the mentioned ingredients except green chillies, chopped garlic and cumin seeds..mix well and marinate for 30mins..deep fry in oil untill golden brown..then in separate pan hear oil add cumin seeds slit green chillies and chopped garlic and Curry leaves and onions..once they are fried add the deep fried chicken pieces..stir fry and serve hot with coriander leaves
