Steps

Peel drumsticks and cut them into 3inch pieces. Cook them in boiling water(add salt to the water). Drain and keep aside.

Fry all the dry ingredients and grind them coarsely. Palli Kaaram is ready.

Heat oil in a pan, put some mustard and when mustard starts splitting, add the cooked drumsticks.

Add palli kaaram. Mix well and serve.
