  • 1 litremilk
  • 1 1/2 cupsoaked basmati rice
  • As neededChopped dry fruits
  • 4 -5 strandsKesar
  • Sugar as per taste
  • as neededChopped or slices of coconut
  • 1 pinchPowdered cardamom powder

Steps

    Boil the milk

  2. 2

    Add rice into it let it get cooked

  3. 3

    Add chopped dry fruits, cardmom powder, kesar, chopped coconut

  4. 4

    Wen rice is completely cooked add sugar and mix it well

  5. 5

    Kheer ready to eat
