Ingredients

  1. 1 ltrFull cream milk
  2. 1/4 cupCurd
  3. 3/4 cupJaggery gratted

Cooking Instructions

    In a heavy bottom pan or kadai, boil the milk till it reduces to half.

    Take off from flame and add the gud.

  3. 3

    Let it cool for some time.

  4. 4

    Now add curd to the thickened milk and give a good mix.

  5. 5

    Pour into kulhar & cover with a foil paper and keep in warm place for 6-8 hours or till curd is set.

    Once set keep in refrigerator and serve chilled.
