Cut all the mangoes in a thali.

Now put in a mixy by adding sugar to it.

Now add churned dahi to the mixy and dahi ki thick malai too as lassi taste best with thick malai of dahi. (so for thick malai the milk should be of more fats and should not remove the malai of milk and dat milk only should be used to make dahi).

Now nicely churn everything till the lassi is nice thick and yummy. Can add ice cubes if dahi and mangoes are not cold.

Try to keep everything in fridge to cool nicely before preparations so that once lassi is prepared can consume nice chilled to beat this summer.
