In a saucepan combine salt & water. Bring to boil. When heated up remove from heat & add the flour.Mixture will thicken now. Cook on medium heat stirring vigorously. Remove from heat & let it cool down.

Now add the Vanilla extract & eggs one by one stirring constantly to make a smooth paste

Transfer the mixture in a piping bag already fixed with star nozzle.

Spray a baking tray & pre-heat oven to 180c.

Pipe the churros in the baking tray & bake until light golden. When done place on a wire rack and cool down

Combine powder sugar, cinnamon powder, crushed oreo powder im a mixing bowl. Transfer the baked churros in the mix & toss gently. Coat evey.

For choco dip: combine water,sugar,cocoa powder & salt in a saucepan. Heat on medium flame stirring with a whisk. Mixture will thicken now. Remove from heat. Transfer in a serving cup.

Serve with churros
