Ingredients

  • 1.onions 3
  • 2.Ginger 1
  • 3.Garlic 1
  • 4.pork fillet/ribs any 1kg
  • 5.olive oil 150ml
  • 6.Green pepper
  • 7.coriander
  • 8.salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut meat into 2 cm pieces.

  2. 2

    Gently fry onion,garlic,ginger un a frying pan.

  3. 3

    Add green pepper and allow it to cook.

  4. 4

    Add pork meat,stir well increase the heat season then add coriander cook minutes untill it brown.

  5. 5

    Keep stiring untill it cook.

  6. 6

    Correct seasoning and serve.
