Soak the almonds peel them. soak cashew nuts,magaz seeds for about an hour, drain the water and grind the nut and seeds to a fine paste.

Remove all water from Yoghurt by hanging it in a cheese cloth, and then whisk it.

Marinated chicken with yoghurt,

Heat half the ghee add chopped onion and whole garam masala.fry some time.

Add garlic ginger paste,
Add Cardamom, green chillies paste and fry till onions turn translucent. Add poppy seed paste and fry till it cooks through (about 4-5 mins). - 6
Add chicken and 5-6 mints mix well

Add the paste made of cashew, almonds, and all spices to the chicken. Stir in the pepper, nutmeg and mace powders. Add some water for the chicken to cook through. Taste the mixture.If you find it bland, add additional more pepper powder. Cook over a low heat for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender.

Add salt and fry on hight heat till the chicken juices dry out, lower the heat and add yoghurt and stir,sprinkle some kasuri methi in top.

Garnish with fresh cream saffron and serve hot.
Serve shafed sahi murgh with steamed basmati rice, biriyani or with butter nan.
