Steps

Wash and dry mango and cut it into peices as per your preference.

Add mango peices, sugar, salt and turmeric powder into a vessel and let it rest for 2-3 hours at room temperature.

After that switch on the flame, put a pan on it and add mango mixture and rest spices into it and cook it until mango peices puffs up and increases it's size.

Switch off the flame and allow it cool down and pack it into a jar and serve it whenever you want.

Note:- You can use it for next 2-3 years.
