1 serving
  • 1big mushroom
  • 1 teaspoonbutter
  • 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • Dried parsley is nice to have

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a frying pan and put some vegetable oil on it. You need to prepare a pan with a lid. You need it later.

  2. 2

    Wash a mushroom and put on the pan. The cap down and the gills up.

  3. 3

    Put the butter on the gillss, lid and keep heating. Don’t forget to turn on the fan, I got fire alarm

  4. 4

    When you see the butter melt well, put the soy sauce on the gills and the butter and the soy sauce well mixed together.

  5. 5

    Carefully take out he mushroom from the pan and place on your dish. If you have dried parsley, it will look the dish nicer.

  6. 6

    Enjoy Umami from the mushroom.

  7. 7

    I tried with just salt, without butter and soy sauce, it was very simple and still just nice.
