An authentic Bengali curry of fish in which the head and tail part of the fish is used
Steps

Heat oil saute and fry the vegetables adding salt and turmeric powder

Keep aside and fry the fish marinated with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Now add five spices and garlic fry well
- 4
Add cumin powder and red chilli Powder mix well adding salt and turmeric powder
- 5
Add the fish mix well and just slightly crush the fish

Add little water and cover till it become soft
- 7
Finally add the fried vegetables and mix well adding little bit of sugar
- 8
Serve it with plain rice
