Mushroom Shimla Matar
Steps

Take Mushroom, Green Shimla, Tomato & Onion and cut them in small pieces.

Take a pan and fry onion and Tomato.

Make puree of fried onion Tomato.

Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and put 1 spoon Ginger-Garlic paste and chopped onion.

After 3-4 minutes mix onion Tomato puree. Mix all masala in puree.Also add boiled matar.

After 5-6 minutes add haldi & pieces of green Shimla.

After 2 minutes mix boiled Mushroom and add salt as per taste.

When mushroom cooked, add water, curd and butter.

Now Mushroom Shimla Matar is ready. Garnish with green coriander.
