Wash, peel and finely chop apple.

Boil a cup of milk.

Add chopped apple into boiling milk.

Bring it to boil and smooth cook in low flame.

Check the cookness and add sugar candy.

Let it dissolves.

Stir until thickness, it is solid.

Add a pinch of salt and cardamom powder, turn off the flame, mash smoothly and serve after warm.
