Roast Suji dry in a pan for 5-7mins and take out on a Thali.

Same pan add ghee and saute all vegetables & keep aside.

Now add one by one mustard seed,Hing, curry patta and chillies.Let it splutter.

Add onion fry all well.

Add Suji to this and stir for 3-4mins.Add hot water (double the quantity of Suji) and mix.

Add salt to taste and 1tsp sugar also.Close the lid and put gas on sim.

After 5-7mins add lime two tsp and mix.Turn off gas once water is soaked by Suji.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
