Heat 1 litre water in a pan. Add ½ tsp salt and allow water to boil.Add potatoes, french beans and cauliflower.We will let veggies cook for 7-8 mins.
After 2 mins of cooking add diced carrots.After 8 mins, turn off the flame. Remove veggies from water and spread in a plate.
Heat 2 tbsp oil on an iron griddle.A non stick pan can be used instead.Put 2 tbsp butter.Allow the butter to melt.
Add cumin seeds.When cumin seeds begin to splutter, add sliced onions.Onions must become soft.
