Clean your chicken, remove skin and excess fat.

Rinse it and dry it.

Pour oil in a pot the fry the chicken until it's golden brown.

Remove it from the pot then pour your onion and pepper

Then crumble the chicken stock and open the pack of seasonal vegetables and pour a quarter cup of water close the pot and let it cook.

Once the vegetables are almost to be soft and pour back the chicken and spice it stir and let it cook.

Lower your heat and allow the stew to cook and prepare the soup thickener

Mix it well and pour it on the stew.

Your spicy chicken is ready serve it with any meal mine served with dumpling.
