Ingredients

  • 5-6baby brinjal
  • 4-5potatoes
  • 2onion
  • 1 tspfennel powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspdry mango powder
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil ya wok add masale and saute it.

  2. 2

    Now add onion,potatoes and brijals and mix well.

  3. 3

    Cook on low flame till soft the veggies.

  4. 4

    Serve with the roti.
